What the country changes
- Date order: month first for the United States, day first for the United Kingdom and Australia, and year first for Canada.
- Which phone number formats count as local (+1, +44 or +61).
- Which national ID number is checked: US Social Security, UK National Insurance, Canadian Social Insurance or Australian Tax File.
A hint, not a filter
The country is a hint. If the text clearly reads as another supported country, detection follows the text instead. Review every suggested redaction before you apply it. Selected text is permanently removed from the output, not covered by a movable box.
